Handknotted Brown Turkmen Rug – This authentic Tekke tribal rug, measuring 202 x 290 cm (6.6' x 9.5' ft), is hand-knotted by skilled Turkmen artisans in the Lebap region of Turkmenistan using 100% handspun Saryja sheep's wool. The traditional geometric Tekke motif, a hallmark of Turkoman tribal artistry, is set in warm, earthy brown tones that bring timeless character to any interior.

Woven by four women weavers over more than 610 hours, this rug offers approx. 120 knots per square inch, ensuring rich detail, a soft yet sturdy feel, and lasting durability. Saryja sheep's wool is known for its natural sheen and strength, and because the wool is handspun, every rug carries subtle tonal variations that make it truly one of a kind.
It is eco-friendly, naturally dirt-repellent, and made to endure both time and trends. A true centerpiece that adds warmth, texture, and cultural heritage to your home.

Please ignore any creases on the rug, as these are due to it being tightly packed during transit. The creases will naturally disappear within about a week once the rug is laid flat and walked upon.
