Darvaza wool rug (136 x 203 cm) is handknotted by three skilled weavers in the Ahal province of Turkmenistan. Inspired by the iconic patterns of the Darvaza region and part of the broader Turkoman weaving tradition, this piece blends tribal authenticity with modern functionality.

Woven entirely from 100% wool pile on a wool foundation, the rug features an all-over motif and approx. 216 knots per square inch — providing both visual depth and structural durability. Its beige tone with multicolor accents makes it easy to integrate into a wide range of interiors, from bohemian bedrooms to elegant lounges.

This handknotted wool rug is fire-resistant, eco-friendly, and built to last for decades — a true piece of Turkmenistan’s living textile heritage.
